The Entrematic training program continues

Training our installation partners is an important focus that we have never lost sight of – this is why we invest in these meetings to provide updates and high-level training.
All of this is provided with the right balance between theory and practice: active participation is fundamental, which is why numbers are kept low to guarantee a better quality of service.

On June 26th and 27th there was a two-day technical training session in Carlisle, at the headquarters of our main UK dealer, Black Box (awarded in 2015 as Best Distributor of the Year).
In a meeting room equipped with all the audiovisual and commercial tools necessary for the purpose, many product innovations were presented.

The training was a success and fully captured the attention of all participants. The “FAQs and technical solutions” session was very much appreciated, definitively clarifying many doubts of the installers; during the meeting a number of important remarks was collected, which will be useful for the continuous improvement of Ditec products. They have been submitted to the relevant departments for a careful evaluation.
