Jazan Forum for Empowering People with Disabilities

SAUDI ARABIA: Qaderoon network participated in “Jazan Forum for Empowering People with Disabilities” on Monday, December 24, 2018, which aims to highlight the inclusion of persons with disabilities and their role in society. “Qaderoon” presented a paper on the importance of the employment of people with disabilities and the role of society in changing stereotypical thinking towards them.

Moreover, it moderated two sessions on the reality of phantom hiring of persons with disabilities and how to overcome these challenges which were attended by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the Department of Special Education of the Ministry of Education and Alhayat National Hospital.

Qaderoon Network provide awareness session at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah and Asharqia Chambers on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

SAUDI ARABIA: Continuing to promote awareness of the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market, Qaderoon Network, offered a series of awareness sessions regarding disability supportive work environments at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah and Asharqia Chambers. The awareness session came in alignment with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and as part of the National Festival of Persons with Disabilities activities.

The session focused on the most critical steps that companies can follow to achieve the inclusion of persons with disabilities in their work environments. The sessions witnessed the presence from KAAU University and chambers company members from all departments aiming to gain more know-how in this field.
